What Causes Headache And Poor Memory After A Head Injury?

Got my head hit accidentally in a car door 2 months ago having really bad headaches since but now its all day and night .Tylenol dont help I feel alot of pressure still after taking medicine it feels like alot of pressure. kinda slowly being forgetful

I can understand your concern. Headache can be seen even after weeks of head trauma. Some times due to contusions in head after trauma might result in persistent headache. But if the trauma was not severe then I don't think this can lead to memory impairment.

If you have memory impairment then most likely the reason is psychological. Still I'd advise you to visit a doctor and get MRI scan of brain done. This will rule out any trauma. If that comes normal then no need to worry.

For headache you can continue to take Tylenol and this will help you. If you are not tolerating this then Ibuprofen can help.
