What Causes Headache With Chills And Rigors?

hi, i had never felt like this before, i woke up in middle of my sleep had a headache, took aleve, I tried to sleep, after that my hand and my bottom of my legs were chill and i felt slight shivering. I fall asleep after that. i woke up and i am at work now, i feel drained out with less energy
