What Causes Headaches, Ear Burning And Tingling, Breasts Pain And Breathlessness?

I am 40 year old female with diabetes and hypertention. I have been experiencing headaches daily, burning in my ear, tingling of my extremities, sharp pains in my breasts and abs, as well as shortness of breath. It appears to all be happening on my left side. I also periodically experience peeling on the roof of my mouth and the same sensation in my ear appears in my throat as well. I find myself constantly tired even when my diabetes and pressure read normal. My phyisicians tell me that everything looks normal and fine but seem to only be concerned with my diabetes.
