What Causes Headaches, Fuzzy Vision, Numb Mouth And Fingers During Winter?

Hi, I haven't had a "flare" recently, but I do get severe headaches sometimes that really bother me. I only get them in the fall, and they normally occur the day after I am out in cold weather. The vision in my left eye feels like someone has taken a picture with flash and the blue spot is still there. It stays there all day. My mouth goes numb, along with the tips of my finders. The only way I can relieve it is to sleep for hours and when I wake up, my head throbs, but I can see fine. When I cough it feels like someone is squeezing my temples. Do you know what this is?
