I am on LIZINOPRIL 2.5 MG/once a day after Dr. diagnosed me with high blood pressure9 I complained for some lightheadedness . Initial check was high 140 (don t remember diastolic). I have usually 130-140 s to 65-75 blood pressure during a day, but 109-119/ 47-60 before I go to bed. Should I stop taking this medication. I have dissiness during a day. Hello,

I suggest you to visit your doctor again as your dose needs to be adjusted. These dizzy spells might because of your low BP readings. Do not stop this medicine of your own right now as it might be disastrous for your health.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Sameen Bin Naeem, General & Family Physician
