I'm a 21 year old male that was diagnosed with high blood pressure a couple of months ago. I'm 6'4 and weigh 250. I was prescribed a diuretic to lower my blood pressure. It was running, on average, 155/100 and now average readings are 135/80. However my pulse rate has always been 115-130 most every time I have checked it. Before I went to the doctor and was prescribed the diuretic, I had headaches most everyday that was unlike a normal headache (throbbing and after I would sit for a few minutes and get back up it was get worse) and always felt fatigued. I thought it was my blood pressure and after I started checking it regularly and noticed how high it was I went to the doctor and I was prescribed the fluid pill. I thought that would help but after a couple of months taking this pill I still experience these headaches and the fatigue. Like most everyone else, I do have a high stress level in my life right now, but I done some reach on my heart rate and was wondering if that could be the source of my headaches and if so how serious should I worry about it?
