What Causes Hives And Swelling In Fingers And Toes When ANA Is Positive?

I have been having hives, swelling of my fingers,toes,ears,nose, and wrists now for over three months. I have a positive ANA. Been to a Rheumatologist, he doesn't think Lupus or Arthritis. I am taking Allegra everyday. Helps a little. I am very tired all the time. I'm only 27. My toes and fingers swell up so bad I can not bend them. What do you think is wrong with me?
