OBGYN, Maternal and Fetal Medicine 's  Response
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Excessive sweating is most likely due postmenopausal hormonal disturbance causing hot flashes and hyperhidrosis. Bone pain and fascitis are due to calcium deficiency and inflammation. I will suggest you to consult an OBGYN specialist for proper examination and hormonal treatment, if required.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
