What Causes Infectious Bronchitis And Constant Headache?

I have no fever. I have been to 2 clinics and the emergency room. Had x-rays, CT scan and blood work. Have taken Zithromax, Levaquin antibiotics and now taking steroids(prednisone). I have been sick for about a month and thought it was just allergies from pollen. Still weak, have a constant headache and my voice isn t normal. The hospital said it was acute post infectious bronchitis. And if it doesn t go away in a couple more days then come back to the emergency room. Any clues ??? I m a 48 year old white female.
