General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

You should get liver function tests as soon as possible alongside complete blood count, albumin and INR to rule out acute hepatitis and viral serologies may be needed if any derangements on these initial work up are found. Sugar levels should also be monitored. Meanwhile, taking good amount of fluids and rest should be ensured. Soft diets, no spices and avoiding junk is necessary.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further. Wishing you a speedy recovery.

Regards,
Dr. Saddiq Ulabidin, General & Family Physician
