What Causes Insomnia And Pain In The Limbs?

Hello,

I am a 27 year old female that has been diagnosed with hypothyroidism. Tests revealed TSH levels at 38.0 (reference range 0.4 to 4.5 normal). After weeks of testing, I was prescribed generic Synthroid 100mcg. My symptoms disappeared after a few weeks. I have been taking 100mcg for 6 months. I am now experiencing different symptoms that I would appreciate any insight on:

Arms going completely numb during sleep; problem disappears a few minutes after waking up.
Swelling and pain in specific, targeted spots in feet. It usually happens near the 'ball' of the foot.
Symptoms of Irritable Bowel Syndrome
Difficulty concentrating
INsomnia
Rapid heart beat
muscle pain and exhaustion during use (legs when walking, arms when doing repetitive motions with hands, etc.)

I have NOT been to an endocrinologist as I have no health insurance; the doctor I visit is actually an RN in an income-based clinic. I would appreciate any insights you might have - could it possibly be an autoimmune disorder such as Hashimoto's?
