What Causes Irregular Periods With Frequent Urination And Nausea?

Hi I am 30 years old and my last period was December 20. My periods are very irregular but for the past two weeks i have been having these symptoms: Frequent urination, light headedness, nausea (no vomiting), and extreme tiredness. I thought it was someone to do with diabities since it runs in my family so i went to my PC. I have taken a bold test on December 5 to test my sugar and it came back normal. At my visit this past thursday, a urine test didn't show any sugar in my urnine so my Doctor said it's not likly that am diabetic. she also did a pregnancy urine test which was negative. at the end of the apt. i still had no idea what was wrong with me. Right now i would just like to know whats wrong with me with having these symptoms and it not being diabetis or pregnancy. Anyone has any ideas?
