What Causes Irregular Periods With Prolonged Bleeding After Placing Contraceptive In Arm?

hello,i had the contaceptive bar placed in my arm last may,ever since then i dont get a period for about two/three months and when i do get it i have it for about 3 weeks,but at the end off the period there is the most awful smell ever,like a acidy smell like a dead mouse,it lasts for about a week and only at the end of my period,it is making me self concious
