What Causes Irregularities In Periods With Acne & Hair Loss?

I am 22 years old with irregular/delayed periods. I have acne, hair loss, and facial hair growth. do i possibly have PCOS or some thyroid disorder? I went to an acupuncturist and she said that since my extremities tend to become cold, I could be suffering from some thyroid imbalance. She suggested that I see an endocrinologist, but I don't have insurance as my mother passed away last year due to pancreatic cancer and I have the responsibility of taking care of my grandmother and brother who suffers from autism. My PMS are often bad. I become irritable. I am a full time college student as well. Please help me treat my problem. Thank You. - Shria
