What Causes Irritation, Itching And Vaginal Dryness?

Hello, I have recently having some slight irritation and itching on my vegina. My boyfriend and I do not have sex but do other things... He Iand I have both noticed that my personal lubricant or "wetness" is not as lubricating as usual and there hasn't been as much as usual. Also when he has fingered me, I could feel that slight irritation more. I was wondering if I had some sort of infection?
I am 16, 5'9, 131 pounds, and don't have a medical history in that area.
