What Causes Itchy Spots On Collarbone, Back Of Neck And Chest?

I am a 16 year old girl, 5’8” and 125 lbs. I have just started noticing spots appearing on my collarbone, back of my neck, and chest. They’re itchy, sort of scaly-looking, and dark brown. I started noticing them a month ago and have not seen my doctor yet. They are not raised or bumpy, but they get darker and darker every day.
