Internal Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hello,

Diarrhea may be due to gastroenteritis or dysentery or food intolerance or inflammatory bowel problems etc.

Headache may be seen with viral or bacterial gastroenteritis.

Avoid fatty food and alcohol. Use tablet sporulac.

Use tablet ofloxacin and ornidazole. If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
