What Causes Loss Of Appetite And Headaches With A History Of Hemisperectomy?

My 15yr old had a stroke in utero at 7months, developed uncontrolled epilepsy age 8, had a left hemispherectomy in 2007. He is now weaned of all seizure meds & hasn't had any seizures since. The past 2yrs he has been getting headaches & stomach aches. They seem to have gotten worse the past 2wks. On Feb 19th he developed a high fever for 3 days and a cough but seemed he appeared to be getting well by end of week. He has also been on Citalopram for anxiety for approx 6mos (20mg). He is now not wanting to eat anything, can barely drink anything, and his headache will not go away. He has also lost 10lbs in a few weeks and looks pale & weak. I took him to an ENT who said he's highly allergic to cats (we got our kitten then 2yrs ago). I'm so confused, and deeply saddened about my disabled son, and am looking for a good home for our 2 1/2yr old cat. I have since called his counselor/psych who prescribed meds/nurseline/primary physician & have not heard back from any of them. I find this to be an emergency, but am ready to take him to urgent care. Any suggestions please? I'm so worried. Thank you.
