What Causes Low Blood Pressure And Anemia After A Hysterectomy?

I had a hysterectomy two weeks ago. I am 46 years old, weigh 180 pounds and have had previous surgeries. After my hysterectomy, I was in recovery for over four hours instead of the one hour I was told I would be in recovery. I was so out of it, I barely had the energy to breathe. I did hear a nurse tell me many times, "Breathe! Breathe! Take a deep breathe." Even though I could hear her, I didn't feel like I wanted to breathe. I felt so relaxed and tired. I could feel her shaking me and trying to awaken me. I was aware of what was going on, I just didn't open my eyes. I felt like my eyelids were too heavy. The next day I was told I was suffering from low blood pressure and anemia. Should I be concerned about this? What if I have surgery in the future?
