What Causes Lower Back Pain,stomach Bloating,fatigue And Abnormal Periods?

Hi, i have sharp lower back pain, bloating in my lower stomach below my belly button above my public line, frequent urination at night mostly, white milky discharge (w/ oder only from having sex everyday), fatigue, heighten smell, i'm also eating a lot more, but i have unusual periods that can be several months apart. No nausea or sorer breast. and plus i have unprotected sex almost everyday for about a year and a half me and my fiancé are trying to conceive...can you tell me whats going on?
