What Causes Lump And Swelling In The Vagina?

My vagina feels very closed, and it feels like there is a ball on the inside, like the cervix (possibly) is swollen. It's a tiny bit smaller than golf ball size. I don't have any pain, but I was spotting yesterday. I took two pregnancy tests, both came up negative. What could this be a sign of?
