What Causes Lytiic Lesion On Pelvic Bone?

I'm 26 and female. In 2007 there was a lytic lesion found on my skull. Then in Decemeber of 2010 I went to the ER for extreme pain in my abdomen, no cause found but they found another lytic lesion on my pelvic bone. I had this exact pain 2 other times, once before the ER visit and once after. I recently had blood work done and it showed a slightly elevated calcium level of 10.6. I was told by multiple doctors that I have "joint hypermobility" and probably have the genes that cause Ehlers-danlos. My Vit D was within the normal, but low, range, and my PTH was also on the low normal side. What do you think the possible cause of these lesions are?
