What Causes Menstrual Disorder?

Hi my age is 42 yrs ..i got marry on feb 2011. all my hormonal test n medical reports are normal. but i m getting menstrual disorder since 3yrs. i m getting my cycle sometimes 3 -4 months. sometimes six months. last month my folicular study show immeture ova..n ER is 5-6. for pregnancy what should i do..??? wt treatment i need..???
