What Causes Microscopic Haematuria, lower Back And Pelvic Pain?

Hi, I am a 56 years old female lately experiencing some symptoms like microscopic haematuria, low back pain and low pelvic (bladder) pain, burning pain in coccyx, some pain in buttocks and hips, tendinitis in my elbows. On top of everything I got pityriasis rosea. There is no UTI present, no gynecological problems either. TVS and PAP test came out normal. My family physician ordered blood and urine test again. I fear bladder cancer (as a past but not heavy smoker).
Thank you for your time.
