What Causes Mid Cycle Blood Bleeding?

hello! iam 31 years old lady and two kids of age 2 and 3. Both of my kids are not vaginal. i have no sexual relation after them. Now a days after 4 days of mens i saw some dirty dark blood like stuff coming-out from my female part. what can be the reason?
