What Causes Miscarriage?

i have married 1 year, and i only have sex with my husband , i was pregnant but i didnt knew untill i had a miscarriage and i was rush to the hospital and they did alot of blood test but the doctor told me everything is ok, now my husband went to do hiv test and i came negative, do i have to do 1 for me?
