What Causes Missed Periods With Abdominal Swelling?

I have a question, I am a bit confused. I am two months late and all my tests were negative. Yet, my abdomen is swelling up like I am, I have two kids already, so I am familiar with the signs. I am afraid it is something else. I look like I am 15 weeks, yet that wouldn't make sence either.
