What Causes Muscle Twitches In Arm?

Hi, for the last week or two I've had one muscle, either an adductor or my vastus medialis, has been twitching excessively. What could be the cause?

I've had muscle twitches in my arms after a hard workout, or my eyes during periods of high stress, but this seems totally random.
