What Causes Nausea Along With Dizziness And Palpitations?
I am a nurse. I am nauseous, light headed and feel like my heart is racing but my pulse is 80. 2 days ago I had chest pain but it went away and hasn t been back. I am on advair, singulair, prednisone, zyrtec and symbicort like inhaler. Can this be the cause of this sudden health issue. Other than asthma I am healthy. Should I go get checked out

I think you need a cardiologist checkup.
Possible angina may be present caused by atherosclerosis. You should check it because it may lead to infarction.
