What Causes Neck Pain Radiating To Shoulders?

Hello Doctor,

I had this HTN for last 15 Days ,it went t 160/110 for 2 days, Doctors gave me Telma AM 40. Now my BP is 120/80 on an average, but still i have pain in my neck and eyes are heavy, I consulted Eye Specialist ,he said Eyes are OK(Retina, Cornea) .
Could you please advise me as why im having neck pain , (This pains move from neck to the shoulders )
