About 2.5 months ago I was with a woman. She was on top of me and inserted my penis inside of her. I was inside of her for 10-50 seconds and I stopped due to not having a condom. I have experienced the following symptoms.
Heartbeat in neck and head/pressure not headache
Increased ringing in ears
Pain at base of head and neck, not severe just annoying
Slight pain in other neck areas
discomfort in armpit, does not feeling like any swelling
Loose stools/a bit yellow on occasion, not all the time
At one point had a bit of pressure in lower abodomen, feeling to urinate, this went away, had similar feeling in last day or two
Waking up in middle of night
Couple of night sweat episodes, maybe 5 total in 2.5 months
Chills on occasion
clear bumbs on neck, not red rash bumbs but clear, sweat rash?
Things don't seem to have
no fever
Don't believe lymph nodes were swollen would I know???
Joint pain
Muscle pain
Headache
Sore throat

I was on antibiotics during this time for a bug bite, and after finishing them I have developed a white film on my tongue, most will brush off but returns. Two white spots do not and are Bout the size of a pea. Thrush associated with HIV?

I know exposure is exposure and I will get tested at three months. Am I overreacting to symptoms am I causing them by my anxeity??
