What Causes Open Sores With Oozing Clear To Yellowish Liquid In Beard Area?

Experiencing open sores with oozing clear to yellowish liquid in my beard area initially, but now on my ear, head, and back. One sore on my lower abdomen. At first I thought it was an infection from barber clippers or something, but it seems to be more than that. Very itch, and forms scabs easily. What could this be, and how to treat immediately?
