What Causes Pain And Burning Sensation In Feet Along With Swelling In Palms?

Hello Drs I am a 54 old man; I have been on phenobarbital for 40 years now, currently with a dose 20mg per night. My general health is Ok and my routine blood test and rheumatology test also ok, I have mild high cholesterol. recently I have experience some feet pain and burning, I have also some problems on my palms ( sore and a little swelling). My doctor believes these problems come from my cholesterol, but I am not sure, I am more suspect to the long term side effect of phenobrbital ( changing in the soft tissue) I would provide more precise information on my condition upon your advice. I would appreciate it if you could advise me which way I should go Ahmad
