What Causes Pain At The Bottom Of Penis After Using Jet Extender?

hi , i started using the " jet extender " thing for penis enlargement 2 weeks ago and i'm going very easy on that , i mean i'm not rushing or eager to see results so fast , the tension level i use is normal and as recomended on the ilustration dvd that came with it , first few days was alright then i started to experience pain in the bottom of my penis ,not a severe one but still , it lasts all day , specially while urination and masturbation , i'm kinna scared , please help.....
