What Causes Pain In Arm/ankles With History Of Bladder Infection?

I am 58 yrs old, female, 150lbs. I presently have a sinus infection, dizziness, etc. I have had 4 infections in the past 6 mths. I often have bladder infections as well. Now my upper left arm is in constant pain, no pain to touch but hard to lift up my arm. My Dr has called me to meet with him on Thurs. to discuss recent test results, e.g. pain in ankles, knees, lower back, etc. may be arthritis. I have no anti-biotics here so am using allergy pills for now. Do I wait for Thurs or should I get my arm checked now?
