What Causes Pain In Bicep?

yesterday started terrible pain in right bicep. when i took clothes off last night was bruise about 4 inches in diamater on bicep area.....now almost that entire side of my arm from bicep to wrist is black/red / bruised looking...but i didnt have ANY accident. I am scared.

Hello,

The pain and bruise suggest an injury in the area. There can be a small muscle tear involved. You need rest and icing and see if it gradually heals in 2-3 weeks.
