What Causes Pain In Knee And Numbness Around It After Being Hit?

hello. im 17 years old and during soccer, i got hit pretty hard on the inside of my right leg, next to my knee. my knee cap doesnt hurt, but next to it is all numb. after the injury happened, it was bruised for a few weeks..but the bruise had been gone for months, and its still like numb when i touch it. and when it gets hit, it hurts alot..but doesnt sting. its just like a pain. and i have no idea what it is..so i need some answers please!!!
