What Causes Pain In Neck?

i have 34 years of age, the problem which i belong is have pain in neck,up to the shoulder to the arm also my chest has some time pain this occur when iam busy, in working,i saw the doctor, take ICG,ECHO and my blood pressure all of these are normal what is the problem
