What Causes Pain In The Body, Face And Back Of Neck?

Dear Doctor: Every time I am exposed to an allergen, I experience all over body pain, pain in my face, back of neck, and twitches and spasm in my legs, thigs and arms. I also have sweats but no fever. The pain in my low back is so severe, I can hardly walk or stand on that extremity. Why?
