Hello Dear. One of the possibility which comes to my mind first is urinary stones, since you mentioned you had blood in the urine in the past. You can meet a doctor who will advice you to get urine examined. In the urine analysis if there is traces of blood then you may be advised to undergo an Ultrasonography (USG) scanning. If there are stones it will be shown in the scan. Another possibility of back ache may be disc problem like spondylitis or disc prolapse etc. In this case you need to meet an orthopedic surgeon. Treatment for lower back pain depends upon the patient s history and the type and severity of pain. The vast majority of lower back pain cases get better within six weeks without surgery, and lower back pain exercises are almost always part of a treatment plan. Rest, Heat and ice packs and medications like paracetamol, ibuprofen, diclofenac will take care of back pain. I suggest you to meet a physician who will evaluate you, and see for urinary stone.
