Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
Hello, I am a 68 yr. old male. I have pain in my shoulders and severe weakness and anemia following an infection and fluid in the sack around my heart. The infection went away quickly and I was told it was viral. I have had countless tests. The doctors say that it is not arthritis, but cannot tell me what is going on. The pain is worse in the evening than during the day. Steroids give me some relief, the ones that work are supposedly not good for me on a long term basis. I have been suffering with this since September of 2016. Any advice is appreciated. I hope you have a good evening.
