What Causes Pain In Vagina With Lower Back Pain During Pregnancy?

hi, im 34 1/2 weeks preg. with my first child, 23 years old, smaller framed. since about 30 weeks i have not slept much due to horrible sharp shooting pains in vagina, low painful back pain, horrible menstral like cramps, pressure, and contractions. im not bleeding, and my water has not broke. no discolored discharge, yet. what should i do?
