What Causes Pain In Wrists, Hands And Shoulders?

HI I'm Alana and I'm 25 years old. I am expiriencing pain in my wrists, fingers, hands, shoulders, and sometimes ankles. The pain moves around but is most consistantly in my wrists, especially the left side of my left wrist. I've had X-Rays and bloodwork. The X-rays came back good and all of my arthritic profiles are negative. My CRP and ESR came back elevated. I was taking an antiflammatory which was helping dull the pain but not getting rid of it. Unfortunatly my doctor took me off of them for fear of damage to my liver and put me on some pain management pill called Tramacet. The pain is worse than ever and I want some help figuring out what is causing the pain because my doctor has no clue. Please Help!
