What Causes Pain, Itching And Burning Sensation On Breast?

hi. im a 34yr old woman, and have been experiencing pain in my left breast for a couple of months now. it started with itching with a burning sensation, and was red, sore to touch. went to my doctor with this, she gave me anti-biotics. these didnt help. now my pain is getting worse, i have a stabbing pain in my nipple and its tingling, still sore to touch. hurts all the time now. i am worried, as breast cancer runs through both sides of my family. help?
