I was driving my car and got what seemed like pinwheels or ceiling fans in the middle of my left eye, and in the center of my right eye. I closed my eyes and put my head between my knees and the pinwheels went away, but my peripheral vision in both eyes became cloudy. I started feeling lightheaded and got a mild headache. My boyfriend is an EMT and suggested it was due to dehydration and heat (it is 98 degrees in NC). I came back to my office and drank ~32 oz of water, then shortly after that, my left arm fell asleep from the shoulder down, and it also feels like the left side of my mouth and left cheek have pins and needles. It seems like the cloudy peripheral vision is getting better, but the light-headedness and pins and needles are still going on. What can I do?
