What Causes Pain While Bending Back, In Ribs And Stomach After Falling?

Hello, well 2 days ago i was dropped on my coccyx and ever since then it hurts to bend my back, i have to have it straight otherwise it hurts, also since then my ribs and my stomach have been hurting too, it also hurts if i take a very deep breath in, i have took co-dydramol and this has helped with the pain a little bit not not very much what is wrong with me?
