What Causes Persistent Episodes Of Joint Pain And Stiffness In Neck?

my 9 y/o son has had intermittent episodes every night for the past 7 nights... night sweats (cold sweats) fever 100-102, severe joint pain and stiffness in neck, shoulders, behind knees, ankles, groin as well, sprays when urinates, shoulder blade pain. Once the episode happens I give him 600mg Ibuprofen and it subsides for about 24 hours, so during the day he is just a little stiff or sore. He tested neg for mono and lyme. mantoux was pos, chest xray neg for tb. sed rate 55!! white/red blood cells good. ANA still pending result, have to wait 4 more days to see rheumatologist. could it be drug induced lupus? hes taken depakote 500mg, geodon 100mg for 3 years, just started intuniv a month ago.
