What Causes Persistent Itching All Over The Face?

Hi, i have an itchy face including my lips eyes and nose, my throat is itchy, my mouth is itchy and my ears are itchy. i ve started getting itchiness on my skin as well and i cough quite violently. this has been going on since monday (3-ish days now). what could this be? I have tried taking Fexo (an antihistemine) and it s not helping.
