What Causes Persistent Migraine With Severe Body Aches?

Hi, for about 4 or 5 days I've had an ongoing migraine and severe body aches , I have also formed a lump under my arms which is very tender and painful. I am told it looks like a boil however it's not on the skin it's under the skin.I am a senior in college, do u think its stress or should I seek medical attention. Age:24, Weight:160, Medical History: I recently had a broken collar bone, no other history.
