What Causes Pins And Needles In The Face With A Residual Headache?

Hi, I had a feeling of pins and needles on half of my face (right side). When they were gone it came a strange headache, on the same side of the head, and I could feel it deep inside my head, like behind my eye and on my right temple. In less than a week, everything were normal again. Was it something serious, like a TIA? Thanks
